The location of this place is convenient as it is close to the reception area and a lovely forest. Additionally, there is a Jimmy's Egg Restaurant nearby, just a short and enjoyable walk from here. 🌳.

Loved our great stay there a lot. We had a room overlooking lake, the hotel was well-designed. The twin/double room was new-fashioned and had a mini fridge bar, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. The staff team was exceptionally nice and pleasant. The venue was in a fantastic location, in the Marina restaurant. Besides, it was short walk to river, the hotel's bay, and beautiful nature on the lakeside. The sky bar was excellent.
Some people working there were not very friendly.

The decor at the hotel was absolutely lovely, with modern and high-quality interior design. The building itself was impressive and the rooms were impeccably clean. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The wide windows overlooking the lake provided beautiful views and allowed plenty of natural light into the hotel. It was so refreshing to be able to easily navigate through the hotel without any obstacles or challenges.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and responsive. It would have been wonderful to have assistance readily available without having to wait or chase after them.

The decoration of the hotel was simply stunning. From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by beautiful and modern design elements that added a touch of elegance to my stay. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel as a senior woman. I especially loved the windows overlooking the lake, providing a breathtaking view that I could enjoy from the comfort of the hotel. the hotel's decoration and accessibility for senior people were a true delight.
I would have appreciated better assistance from the children working there. Sometimes, they seemed inexperienced and not as attentive as one would expect in a hotel of this caliber.

The recreational facilities, including the hot tub, fitness center, sauna, outdoor and indoor pools, made me feel like a pampered celebrity. One of the three onsite restaurants served international cuisine that was so delicious, it was like having a Michelin-starred chef at my beck and call. The spa at the hotel was like stepping into a luxurious oasis, where I indulged in a rejuvenating massage that left me feeling like a blissed-out jellyfish. The lake views from the air-conditioned suite were breathtaking, it was like having my own personal nature documentary right outside my window. The staff showed excellent service, always going the extra mile with a smile, making me feel like a cherished VIP guest.

The spacious rooms and stunning views made me feel like a queen. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. A perfect escape from the chaos of the city.
Who needs soundproof rooms or accurate SPA treatment timing anyway? It's all part of the experience, right?

I recently stayed at Heron Live Hotel Marina & Spa for a romantic weekend getaway. The location of the hotel is amazing, with breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, hills, and islands. The cocktails in the restaurant and bar were unique and delicious, offering a great variety for those with a taste for dry and bitter flavors. The breakfast selection was outstanding, catering to all tastes with warm dishes, international options, and a variety of Polish delicacies and cakes. The hotel also provides recreational activities such as bowling, billiards, boat tours, and spa treatments. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the river.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The friendly staff and their prompt service made our stay enjoyable. The first night, after a long drive, we decided to order room service. Although there was a small delay, the staff swiftly rectified the situation and even asked for our order again, acknowledging their mistake with a touch of humor. The food, although slightly cold, tasted good, and we appreciated the effort put into making it right.

Amazing location with stunning views of the lake and surrounding hills. the hotel offered a variety of recreational activities such as bowling and billiards, which added to the entertainment options. - the breakfast was impressive, with a wide selection of warm dishes, international and Polish delicacies, and delicious cakes. - the spa area had numerous saunas, providing a relaxing experience. - the property was well-maintained and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The quality of the service was not up to par, with inexperienced staff and a lack of interest in helping guests. The room service experience was disappointing, with a long wait time and a forgotten order.

I enjoyed the variety of activities available, from cycling to canoeing. The food at the onsite restaurants was outstanding. The spa treatments were heavenly.
Wow, who needs trained staff and a well-heated pool when you have lukewarm water and untrained employees? #notafivestarhotel
